Missouri Health Professional Placement Services ‘MHPPS’ is a non-profit statewide health care program that specializes in workforce development, recruitment, and retention.  We place special emphasis on communities that lack access to care and resources. 

We partner with safety-net providers and health care systems throughout Missouri to help health care professionals find a community that best fits their personal and professional needs.  Since our beginning, over 15 years ago, MHPPS has been dedicated to addressing healthcare workforce shortages in Missouri’s communities.
